MultiCitizenships provides consulting services for citizenship by investment, residency programs, and related immigration matters. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Residency by Investment program assistance
• Document preparation and verification
• Legal translation services
• Ongoing support throughout the application process

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information

4. Fees and Payment

All fees for our services will be clearly communicated before engagement. Payment terms include:

• Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Government fees, investment amounts, and third-party fees are separate and non-refundable
• Payment plans may be available for certain programs
• All fees are subject to change with prior notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MultiCitizenships and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MultiCitizenships shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We reserve the right to terminate services if client obligations are not met or if fraudulent information is provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
